Caitlyn Calder PT, DPT
Caitlyn received her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Northern Illinois University. She enjoys working with children of all ages; however, she has a passion for working with children in the 0-3-age range. Caitlyn chose to work in pediatrics because of her love for kids. She enjoys the kids energy, personalities, and the fun, hard-working qualities that they possess. When she’s not working, Caitlyn enjoys hanging out with her family and friends on the weekends. Her hobbies include snowmobiling in the winter and boating in the summer.
Maggie McPherson PT
Maggie received her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toledo/Medical College of Ohio. Maggie has many years of experience working with children in both the educational and outpatient clinical setting. Maggie’s primary area of specialty is in aquatic therapy. She has been working in the pool with children for over 10 years. Maggie also enjoys working with neurologically impaired children and the autistic population. Maggie has completed specialized training in the area of infant massage, handling, kinesiotaping, electrical stimulation, yoga and sensory motor strategies. Maggie knew after observing a pediatric physical therapist in high school that this was what she wanted to do. She enjoys helping children achieve their fullest potential. Maggie enjoys spending time with her children and husband doing sports and outdoor activities at home.
Beth Tabacsko OT
Beth received her Bachelors in Psychology and her Masters in Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University. She has dedicated her career to working with children of all ages in both the educational and outpatient clinical setting. Beth has completed continuing education in Keyboarding and Handwriting without Tears, Interactive Metronome, Therapeutic Listening, kinesiotaping and visual perceptual training. Beth has a special interest in working with children with Sensory Processing Disorders and is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT). Beth has also completed training in working with a service dog, and she can often be seen with her facility dog, Jimmie, by her side. Beth enjoys working with children because they are able to face so many challenges with a smile and a positive attitude. She enjoys that they are always growing and achieving new skills. Outside of the clinic, Beth enjoys spending time with her three young children and her husband in Crystal Lake. They enjoy walking Jimmie, going to the beach, and riding their bikes around town.
Meagan Boruty SLP
Meagan is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Meagan enjoys working with school age children with delayed or impaired speech.
Nadia Marasti MOT, OTR/L
Nadia Marasti, MOT, OTR/L graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove in December 2016 with a Master of Occupational Therapy.
She is passionate about working with children of all ages and abilities to help them be as independent as possible. Some of her interests include sensory processing, mental health, and culturally competent practice. Nadia has published research related to pediatric occupational therapy and conducted student research related to working with children with Autism.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, photography, and being active (especially yoga). She loves DIY projects, Chicago sports, and spending time with friends and family.
