Sensory Integration Therapy
Our Naperville Clinic is uniquely designed with large open and private treatment areas that have minimum visual distractions and availability to hang and move our suspended equipment easily to adapt the environment to meet your child’s unique session processing needs. Our experienced therapists are experts in the assessment and treatment of sensory processing disorders
Aquatic Therapy consists of exercises, movement patterns and skills that are performed in a warm water environment. The physical properties of water decrease weight bearing, provide resistance, increase sensory input, challenge balance, improve endurance, encourage motor planning and timing and increase relaxation to muscles. Our Naperville staff have therapist who are trained providers in both The Listening Program®(TLP) and Therapeutic Listening® . The Listening Program®(TLP) Is a listening therapy which utilized both bone conduction and air conduction headphones to improve brain health at any age or level of ability. TLP has global effects on the brain, and is commonly used to support changes in a wide range of brain performance areas including, emotional regulation, motor control auditory processing, executive functioning and communication.
Therapeutic Listening® is a music listening program which uses electronic modifications, along with the organized, rhythmical sound patterns inherent in music, to trigger the self-organizing capacities of the nervous system.
Physical Therapy focuses on maximizing a child’s ability to functionally move through and interact with the environment. Our therapists are passionate, enthusiastic, and highly experienced, being uniquely gifted at facilitating motor function in a playful manner. Areas of specialization include:

Our speech therapists are experts in the area of language delay and development as well as oral-motor / feeding difficulties. Additionally, our speech therapists work closely with our occupational therapists for the treatment of children with sensory processing disorders and use suspended equipment when appropriate, to facilitate speech production.
